  • Shared public content may remain visible

9) Background Location Permission for Delivery Personnel

For delivery personnel, SatotaBD may request background location access to optimize delivery routes, track orders in real time, and ensure timely service.

Usage & Security:

  • Location data is used only for operational purposes within the app

  • Data is securely transmitted and stored and is not shared externally

Control & Retention:

  • Delivery personnel can grant or revoke permission anytime via device settings

  • Data is retained only as long as needed for deliveries and deleted afterward

10) Your Rights

  • View or update your personal information

  • Request deletion (unless legally required to retain)

  • Unsubscribe from promotions

11) Children’s Privacy

  • Not intended for users under 18

  • We do not knowingly collect data from minors
